Notice is given that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 22-24 Ely Place, London EC1N 6TD, on 22nd May 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors. The purpose of the Meetings, which are called under the provisions of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, is to receive an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. No formal voting is anticipated at the Meetings, but a Member or Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting must complete and lodge with me a proxy form, unless the Creditor is an individual attending the Meeting personally or a Company authorising a representative under the provisions of section 375 of the Companies Act 1985. A Creditor who has not yet submitted a claim and who wishes to vote at the Meeting whether in person, by proxy, or in some other way, must do so before the Meeting. D. A.
