Notice of Application for Gas Shippers’ Licence under Section 7A(2) of the Gas Act 1986
InterGen Energy Company, Ltd., whose registered office is situated at 20 St. James’s
Street, Eighth Floor, London SW1A 1ES, hereby gives notice that it has made an application
to the Director General of Gas Supply for a gas shipper licence under section 7A(2)
of the Gas Act 1986 authorising the licensee to arrange with any public gas transporter
for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipeline system
operated by that transporter.
