At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company duly convened, and held at Russell Bedford House, 250 City Road, London EC1V 2QQ, on 31st March 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Maurice Cushnir, of Baehr Lubbock Fine, Russell Bedford House, City Forum, 250 City Road, London EC1V 2QQ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” L.
