Stopping-up of Highways

Notice is hereby given that the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, the Highway Authority, pursuant to section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, intends to apply to the Magistrates Court, sitting at Cramic Way, Port Talbot, on 5th May 1998, at 2.15 p.m., for an Order that all of the highways situated within the Plas Newydd Estate, Baglan Moors, Port Talbot be stopped up in their entirety along their lengths and widths on the grounds that they are unnecessary.   The proposed highways to be stopped up are shown coloured yellow on a plan which may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the main reception desks in the Civic Centres at Neath, Port Talbot and Penllergaer.
