Traffic Management Order 1998, No. 17

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, on 25th March 1998, made the Haringey (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No. 18) (Amendment No. 17) Traffic Order 1998, under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be to implement waiting and loading restrictions in the following roads:

Hornsey Lane White Hart Lane,   Tottenham Philip Lane Worcester Avenue West Road Markfield Road Eade Road Priory Road Park Lane Summersby Road Ennis Road Vale Road Cholmeley Park Nightingale Lane Vicarage Road Brantwood Road Perth Road Constable Crescent
  A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 2nd April 1998, can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at:   (i)  The Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 4TR;   (ii) Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8.   Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 4TR.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
