MOTEST (READING) LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 3.9 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of Motest (Reading) Limited will be held at Price Waterhouse, Thames Court, 1 Victoria Street, Windsor, Slough SL4 1HB, on 9th April 1998, at 12.40 p.m. The Receivers’ report will be presented to the Meeting and the opportunity given to elect a committee to represent the Creditors. A Creditor will be entitled to vote at the Meeting only if details in writing of the debt claimed to be due to him by the Company have been given to the Administrative Receiver at Price Waterhouse, Thames Court, 1 Victoria Street, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1HB, no later than 12 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting, and the claim has been admitted in accordance with the Insolvency Rules 1986. Copies of the Receivers’ report will be provided, free of charge, to all Creditors who ask the Receivers for a copy at the above address. Creditors may vote either in person or by proxy and a proxy should be lodged with the Administrative Receivers, if possible before the Meeting. A secured Creditor is entitled to vote only in respect of the balance (if any), of his debts after deducting the value of his security as estimated by him.
