The London Borough of Haringey (Waiting and Loading) (Short Term Free Parking Places) (No. ) Traffic Order 1998
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect of the Order will be to implement short term free parking in the following roads: Ennis Road, Woodstock Road, Park Road, Crouch End Hill, The Broadway, Crouch End, High Road, Tottenham, Tottenham Lane, Shanklin Road, Crescent Road, Roebuck Close, Crouch Hall Road, Weston Park, Edison Road. The above-mentioned requirements would not apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Metropolitan Police. A copy of the proposed Order and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at: Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, London N22 4TR; Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey, London N.8.
