A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
