At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 222 Branston Road, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire DE14 3BT, on 12th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that M. F. P. Smith, of Dains, St. Johns Court, Wiltell Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS14 9DS, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” J. E. Timperlake, Chairman
