At an Extraordinary General Meeting of all the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at New Court, 1 Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth, Fareham PO15 5UA, on 13th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen John Adshead, of Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
