Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Barrie George Pratt and David Robert Hamby, carrying on business as Accountants under the style or firm name of B. G. PRATT & CO., has been dissolved as from 11th March 1998. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Barrie George Pratt who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of B. G. Pratt & Co.
