Faculty Jurisdiction Rules 1992

Notice is hereby given that the Incumbent and Churchwardens of Spalding have applied to the Consistory Court of the Diocese of Lincoln for a Faculty authorising them to construct a new vestry at the Church of St. Mary and St. Nicolas, Spalding. The proposals involve the demolition of the existing link between the chancel of the said church and the Chapel of St. Thomas therein. Further details of the proposals may be obtained from the John D. Lynch Partnership, Chartered Architects, of 65 Pinchbeck Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 1QF, and any objections to the granting of a Faculty are to be notified to the Diocesan Registrar at the address given below not later than 17th April 1998.
