Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Leon Rhys Morgan, David Barry Rockberger, Graham Geoffrey Atkins, James Henry Ware, John Burrell, Anthony Nigel Fiducia, Kevin John Bays, David Joel Gore, Philip Ian Conway, Michael Hatchwell, Robin Henry Ledgard Shaw, John William Wallace Downing and Judith Mary Spells carrying on business as solicitors under the style or firm name of DAVENPORT LYONS INCORPORATING WRIGHT WEBB SYRETT, has been dissolved as from 1st January 1998 so far as concerns David Barry Rockberger who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said former firm will be received and paid respectively by Leon Rhys Morgan, Graham Geoffrey Atkins, James Henry Ware, John Burrell, Anthony Nigel Fiducia, Kevin John Brays, David Joel Gore, Philip Ian Conway, Michael Hatchwell, Robin Henry Ledgard Shaw, John William Wallace Downing, Judith Mary Spells and Kathryn Ann Pavey who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Davenport Lyons incorporating Wright Webb Syrett.
