LOVICK LIMITED (t/a Finds)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of Lovick Limited (t/a Finds), duly convened, and held at Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2UH, on 9th March 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was passed:   “That it has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Timothy Alexander Close, of Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton TA1 2UH, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” S.
