Notice is hereby given that application is to be made to the South Gloucestershire Magistrates Court, sitting at Dursley, the address of which is Sandpits, Kingshill, Dursley, Gloucestershire, on 28th April 1998, at 9.30 a.m., for an Order to stop up all highway rights over that highway land described in the Schedule hereto.   A plan illustrating the road subject to the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at the offices of the Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Gloucester; Stroud District Council, Council Offices, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Gloucestershire, and Dursley Public Library, May Lane, Dursley, Gloucestershire, during its normal opening hours, and at the home of the Clerk to Kingswood Parish Council: Mrs. C.
