Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency, by Mayglothing Waste Disposal Ltd., for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 113 cubic metres of treated sewage effluent to the River Arrow, at National Grid Reference SO 3098 5715, from Yaidon Farm, Penrhos, Kington, Herefordshire.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 24th April 1998, quoting Ref. No. RT/WQ/RCEU/DJ/AN0282001.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Environment Agency, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT. B.
