A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, on 24th April 1998, at 10.15 a.m. A Meeting of Creditors for a like purpose will follow at 10.30 a.m. at the same date and place.
