In the High Court of Justice In Bankruptcy No. 657 of 1998In the Matter of SAVILL WHITE ESTATES and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership, whose principal place of business is 38 Orsett Road, Grays, Essex RM17 5EB, presented on 5th February 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 18th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 17th March 1998.
