Ricardo Pension Scheme (Trustees) Ltd., as Trustee Company, gives notice that the above Scheme is to be wound up. Creditors and Beneficiaries should make claims in writing to the address below not later than 31st March 1998. After that date the scheme’s assets will be distributed in Meeting valid claims and securing benefits for persons known to the Trustees to have entitlements under the Scheme. The Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date which was not evident from their records.
