Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, on 20th March 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Joint Liquidator’s acts and dealings during the conduct of the winding-up, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and to confirm that the Joint Liquidators may resign their position. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
