Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Cork Gully, Bull Wharf, Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6QR, on 18th March 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, to receive a final account of the liquidation receipts and payments; and an explanation of the way the assets were realised and the funds paid out. Unless the Creditors decide otherwise at the Meeting, on vacating office the Liquidators will automatically be released from any liabilities they may have incurred as Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on 17th March 1998. R. W.
