CROCKERS RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN (formerly known as The William Charles Crocker Retirement Benefits Plan)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person
who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any
benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan which commenced winding-up on 1st
April 1997, whether by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any person’s employment
with Crockers is hereby required to send particulars, in writing, by 18th April 1998,
of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date
of birth), to L. Broderick, Sedgwick Noble Lowndes Limited, Sedgwick House, The Sedgwick
Centre, London E1 8DX (acting for the Trustees of the Plan). The Trustees will distribute
the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those
persons whose claims and entitlements have been notified by 18th April 1998, and will
not be liable to any other person. You need not write to us if you have already received
notice from the Trustees that the Plan is being wound up.
