A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt has been summoned by the Trustee, under section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on Friday, 20th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of approving the receipts and payment account and to confirm that this account has been reconciled with that held by the Secretary of State, if applicable; for approving her release under Rule 6.135 and for the proposal to approve the destruction of the Bankrupt’s books and records 6 months from the date of the Meeting.
