The Redbridge (Free Parking Places) (Amendment No.  ) Order 1998 Gaysham Avenue, Gants Hill, Additional Parking Places

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the proposed Order will be to further amend the Redbridge (Free Parking Places) Order 1993 by extending the free parking bay in Gaysham Avenue in order to provide additional parking facilities for residents of Gaysham Avenue.   A copy of the proposed Order, of the above-mentioned Order of 1993 (and of the Orders that have amended that Order), and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected during normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Information Centre, Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, until 6th March 1998.   Any person wishing to object to or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections or representation, and the grounds thereof, to the Chief Legal Officer, at the Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, quoting Ref.
