A Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, to be held at Devonshire House, 1 Devonshire Street, London W1N 2DR, on 11th March 1998, at 11 a.m., for the following purposes: to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up; and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
