Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of Members of Mayhew Court Limited will be held at Smith & Williamson, Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 27th February 1998, at 10 a.m., and will be followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meetings. M. F.
