Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned under section 146 of the Insolvency Act, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. The Meeting will be held at Queen Ann House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, on 9th March 1998, at 10 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies if to be used, must be lodged with me at Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meting. P. L.
