Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Solicitor for the affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Modebusy Limited (No. 02181517) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985 on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 9th January 1975, and made between Robert James Wesley Wardley (1) and Granada T.V. Rental Limited (2), situated at 137 High Street, Rochester, Kent, as the same is registered at HM Land Registry with Good Leasehold Title under Title Number K424520 the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 12th January 1998.
