Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company, held at The Old Barn, Bath Hill, West Keynsham, Bristol, on Wednesday, 7th January 1998, a Special Resolution was passed authorising the payment of £50,000 out of capital of the Company in respect of the purchase by the Company of 500 shares of £1 each from K. Crouch.   The amount of the permissible capital payment was £50,000.   The Statutory Declaration and Auditor’s Report dated 5th January 1998, are available for inspection at The Old Barn, Bath Hill, West Keynsham, Bristol, the registered office of the Company.   Any Creditor of the Company may apply to the High Court pursuant to section 176 of the Companies Act 1985, within 5 weeks immediately following the date of the aforementioned Special Resolution, 5th January 1998, for an Order prohibiting the payment.     By Order of the Board.
