Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that E Wrisdale & Sons Ltd. of Bethlem Farm, Wainfleet St. Mary, Skegness, Lincolnshire, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary abstraction licence number 4/30/13/S&I/177 to abstract water from the Upper Hobhole Drains System as per the National Grid Reference points and terms and conditions of the existing licence in the parishes of Eastville, Wainfleet St. Mary, Friskney and Wrangle, in the districts of Boston and Skegness, in the county of Lincolnshire.   The variation being applied for is an additional area of land to be irrigated; additional abstraction points at National Grid References TF 4135 5690, TF 4158 5690 and TF 4187 5695 from the Fodder Dike Drain; an increase to 4,377.6 cubic metres in the maximum daily quantity of water to be abstracted and amendment to 16 hours per day for authorised abstraction.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Bethlem Farm, Wainfleet St. Mary, Skegness, Lincolnshire, between 15th January 1998 and 12th February 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln LN2 5HA, before the end of the said period.
