The Estate of Mary McOmish, residing at 14 Sanblister Place, Scatness, Virkie was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Lerwick Sheriff Court on 7th April 2003 and Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, Caledonia House. 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow, G41 1HJ.
