The estate of Steven John Ward, 72 Hardie Crescent, Fallin, Stirling FK7 7ED was sequestrated by the sheriff at Stirling on Tuesday 15th April 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John H Ferris Esq CA, Ferris Associates, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes KY6 5QR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 20th March 2003.
