NOTICE is hereby given that an application for Listed Building/Conservation Area Consent and for Planning Permission with respect to the undernoted subjects, has been submitted to Aberdeen City Council.

The application and relative plans area available for inspection within Planning and Sustainable Development, Planning Reception, Marischal College, Broad Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1AB between the hours of 8.30 am and 5 pm (Mondays to Fridays). Any person wishing to make representations regarding any of the proposals should make them in writing to the above address (quoting the reference number and stating clearly the reasons for those representations). Alternatively, plans can be viewed, and comments made online at www.aberdeencity.gov.uk or by e-mail to pi@aberdeencity.gov.uk (Would Community Councils, conservation groups and societies, applicants and members of the public please note that Aberdeen City Council as planning authority intend to accept only those representations which have been received within the above periods as prescribed in terms of planning legislation.
