Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members of the above-named Companies will be held at KPMG LLP, Restructuring, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EG on 21 February 2014 at 11.15am, 11.30am, 11.45am and 12.00 noon respectively for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted and the property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a member of the Companies.
