Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 January 2014 (the “Effective Date”) Most Honourable Charles Maurice Petty-Fitzmaurice The Marquis of Lansdowne residing at Bowood House, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0LZ transferred part of his interest, together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the “Transferred Interest”) in Shelburne SLP (the “Partnership”) to Most Honourable Fiona Mary Petty-Fitzmaurice The Marchioness of Lansdowne, residing at Bowood House, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0LZ and that with effect from the Effective Date, Most Honourable Fiona Mary Petty-Fitzmaurice the Marchioness of Lansdowne became a limited partner in the Partnership and assumed all the rights and obligations in respect of the Transferred Interest.
