At the same meeting, the following Ordinary Resolution was passed:

2. That Nicholas Robinson CA, Insolvency Practitioner of Practiser, 4 Burns Drive, Wemyss Bay PA18 6BY, be and hereby is appointed as liquidator of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.
