Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Caldertstone LLC has transferred:

a. part of its interest in Amadeus IV Digital Prosperity GP LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL13486 (the “ Partnership” ) represented by a capital contribution of USD 83.0375 to Lutea Trustees Limited (As Trustee of Tamarindo Trust);

b. part of its interest in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of USD 57.5500 to Jason Pinto;

c. part of its interest in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of USD 64.1250 to Pat Burtis; and

d. part of its interest in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of USD 16.2500 to RBC Trustees (CI) Limited (as trustee of The Three Oceans Trust).

2. Alastair Breward has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of USD 0.1625 to Calderstones LLC.

3. Calderstone LLC, Alastair Breward, Lutea Trustees Limited (as trustee of Tamarindo Trust) and Jason Pinto remain limited partners in the Partnership. Pat Burtis and RBC Trustees (CI) Limited (as trustee of The Three Oceans Trust) have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
