Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above named Partnership will be held at the offices of Philip Gill & Co (Scotland) Limited, Enterprise House, Southbank Business Park, Glasgow, G66 1XQ on 11 December 2013 at 12.00 noon and 12.30 pm respectively, for the purpose of having a report and account laid before them, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Partnership disposed of, hearing any explanation that might be given and declaring whether or not the Joint Liquidators should have their release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member of the Partnership. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Philip Gill & Co (Scotland) Limited, Enterprise House, Southbank Business Park, Glasgow, G66 1XQ, by no later than 12.00 noon on 10 December 2013.
