Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Actis LLP has transferred its entire interest in Global 4 SLP III LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL14334 (the “Partnership” ) to Actis GP LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Actis Global 4 C LP) ( “Actis GP LLP”). Actis LLP has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Actis GP LLP has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
