Notice is hereby given that on 3 August 2012, Tristan Capital Limited (formerly known as Tristan Capital Partners Limited) transferred the whole of its interest in CCP III Co-Investment LP (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL008534, to Tristan Caital Partners LLP (formerly known as Tristan Capital LLP) and therefore ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
