The notices which appreaed in the partnerships section of the Edinburgh Gazette on 27 August 2013 at paragraph 76 and on 3 September 2013 at paragraph 67 in relation to Capital Structured Solutions LP each contained errors and should be disregarded in their entireties.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Frances Le Tissier has transferred her entire interest in Capital Structured Solutions (Scotland) LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5615 (the “Partnership” ) to Clos du Valle Investments Limited. Clos du Valle Investments Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. Frances Le Tissier has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership; and

2. SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited as Trustee of the Silk Road Trust has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Arun Kaul. SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited as Trustee of the Silk Road Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
