An action has been raised in Hamilton Sheriff Court by Michael Quinn, Petitioner, which craves that the Company of T N Joinery Services Limited, which had its Registered Office at 52 Greenoakhill Crescent, Uddingston, South Lanarkshire G71 7PW, and which was struck from the Register of Companies on 27 July 2012, be restored to the register in terms of the Companies Act 2006 Section 1031(1).
