Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, Alcentra Asset Management Limited (the “ Transferor ”) has transferred to Graeme Delaney-Smith part of its interest held in Alcentra UK DLF Carried Interest Limited Partnership (the “ Partnership ”) presented by a capital contribution of £270.78, and Graeme Delaney-Smith became a limited partner in the Partnership.

2. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, the Transferor has transferred to Pascal Meysson part of its interest held in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of £177.11, and Pascal Meysson became a limited partner in the Partnership;

3. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, the Transferor has transferred to Patrick Ordynans part of its interest held in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of £62.56, and Patrick Ordynans became a limited partner in the Partnership;

4. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, the Transferor has transferred to Natalia Tsitoura part of its interest held in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of £83.33, and Natalia Tsitoura became a limited partner in the Partnership;

5. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, the Transferor has transferred to Igor Suica part of its interest held in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of £83.33, and Igor Suica became a limited partner in the Partnership;

6. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, the Transferor has transferred to Frederic Mereau part of its interest held in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of £83.33, and Frederic Mereau became a limited partner in the Partnership;

7. pursuant to an assignation of 4 July 2013, the Transferor has transferred to Alcentra Investments Limited part of its interest held in the Partnership represented by a capital contribution of £350.67, and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner, and Alcentra Investments Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
