Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Imperio-Bonança Companhia de Seguros, S.A. has transferred its entire interest in Magnum Capital, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5828 (the “Partnership”), to Companhia de Seguros Fidelidade Mundial, S.A. Imperio-Bonança Companhia de Seguros, S.A. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership; and

2. Ahorropension Uno has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to each of Cajasol 30, FP and Cajaburgos, FP. Cajasol 30, FP and Cajaburgos, FP have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
