Notice is hereby given that on 20 February 2013 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Glasgow City Council, City Chambers, George Square, Glasgow G2 1DU for an order to restore the name of Lockwood Investments Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No SC186070), formerly having its Registered Office at 102 Main Street, Baillieston, Glasgow G69 6AE, to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1030 of the Companies Act 2006 in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 20 February 2013 ordered that a copy of the Petition and the Interlocutor be intimated on the Walls of the Court and like copies to be served upon the Registrar of Companies and the Lord Advocate and ordered advertisement of the import of the Petition and Interlocutor to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald Newspaper and appointed any person interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement under the certification of which notice is hereby given.
