At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at The Hub, CTSI, Whins Road, Alloa, FK10 3TA at 4.00 pm on 08 November 2012 the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of RSM Tenon, 160 Dundee Street, Edinburgh, EH11 1DQ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally.”
