NOTICE TO ANY INTERESTED PARTY

An action has been raised in Airdrie Sheriff Court by Janet Hart, Pursuer.

The Pursuer seeks warrant to disinter and thereafter to re-inter the human remains interred at lair 6, section 200 Old Monklands Cemetery, Coatbridge being the remains of: (i) Elizabeth Upton, who died on 3rd August 1908; (ii) Joseph Thom, who died on 23rd March 1923; (iii) Margaret Thom Upton, who died on 26th June 1951; (iv) Sinclair Upton, who died on 17th March 1957; (v) Elizabeth McNeilly, who died on 13th December 1976; (vi) Peter McNeilly who died on 9th March 1978; (vii) Hugh Winterbottom, who died on 27 May 1985; and Mary Alexander Carson or Winterbottom, who died 30th March 1995.

If any interested party wishes to oppose the action he or she should immediately contact the sheriff clerk at Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Sheriff Court House, Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6EE from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained. If no opposition is intimated decree may be granted in favour of the Pursuer.
