Notice is hereby given that on 24 October 2012 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Diane Smith, residing at 45 Woodlands Green, Middleton St George, Darlington, Durham DL2 1EE, craving the Court inter alia that GB Productions Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC290601) (and latterly having its registered office at 19 Rutland Square, Edinburgh EH1 2BB), be restored to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 26 October 2012 ordained that any persons desiring to object to the Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LB, within 14 days after intimation, service or advertisement, of which notice is hereby given.
