THE IVANHOE, ROB ROY AND HAMISH FIELDS DECOMMISSIONING PROGRAMMES
Hess Limited has submitted - for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change - a draft Decommissioning Programme for the Ivanhoe, Rob Roy and Hamish (IVRR) Fields, in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998. It is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals.
The IVRR Fields are located in the central North Sea, in Blocks 15/21a and 15/21b of the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS), approximately 193km north-east of Aberdeen, in a water depth of approximately 140m. The IVRR Fields collectively comprise a number of wells, surface-laid and buried flowlines and protective structures, such as mattresses and a number of seabed structures.
Hess Limited hereby gives notice that a summary of The Ivanhoe, Rob Roy and Hamish Fields Decommissioning Programmes can be viewed online at:

Alternatively a hard copy of the Programmes can be inspected at the Hess Aberdeen office (address below) during office hours and at Aberdeen Central Library, Rosemount viaduct, Aberdeen, AB25 1GW.
Representations regarding The Ivanhoe, Rob Roy and Hamish Fields Decommissioning Programmes should be submitted in writing or by email to Hess’s nominated contact, Ian McKay, by 14/09/12 and should state the grounds upon which any representations are being made.
A CD copy of the Programmes and other supporting documents may be requested from the nominated contact at the address below.
