THE ELECTRICITY WORKS (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000 (AS AMENDED)

Further to the notice that Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Limited (BOWL), (Company Number SC350248 - Inveralmond House, 200 Dunkeld Road, Perth, PH1 3AQ) has applied to the Scottish Ministers under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 to construct and operate an offshore wind farm in the Outer Moray Firth, 58 15.242’ N, 2 53.078’ W (WGS84). The installed capacity of the proposed generating station would be up to 1,000 MW comprising up to 277 turbines with a blade tip height of up to 198.4 metres from LAT.

Notice is hereby given that additional information (in the form of a statutory consultee response) has been received by Scottish Ministers on this application. Copies of this information have been forwarded to the Highland Council and Moray Council to be made available for public inspection by being placed on the planning register.

However, no further public notice will be issued.
